definitely, I agree with you and creating a sustainable development in the capital will emphasize on the green space solution. One of things that will allow this transition will be to add some green features and other devloppment as well in the other cities, to reduce the overwhelming population and function of the capital city. Jacmel is quite an example to begin and imitate for the other cities. creating open landscapes with water features, public park, with modern feel.
